2021 Projects

‘Through the Looking Glass’  Birr Vintage Arts Week 2021

In 2021 ‘Through the Looking Glass’ was the title of the exhibition curated by Therry Rudin at Birr Vintage Arts Week.  The exhibition featured some works printed and shown in an open-air Gallery and others were shown in an online exhibition in a virtual 3D Kunstmatrix Gallery.   My work ‘Sea Window’ was shown in this virtual Gallery.

As ever, thanks to Birr Arts Festival who continue, through their local committee, to promote art in their community and make this festival such a success.

Summer Rooftop Recess

Belfast Rooftops Project – Photographic Work

Platform Arts in Belfast put out a call for artists to submit a postcard on the theme of beach/coast/seaside as part of the ‘Belfast Rooftops’ project. The postcards were printed in A3 size and shown when Connswater Shopping Centre hosted a family event.

The shopping centre transformed the roof of their multi-storey car park into a place of games, art and entertainment, over the weekend of August 7th and 8th 2021.  The pop of exhibition of A3 ‘postcards’ decorated the walls for the event.   This was my contribution to the event and the link to more information about the project from Platform Arts.
