Contact Studios: Upcoming Exhibition at Friarsgate, Kilmallock, Co. Limerick.

Contact Studio members have come together for a new exhibition at Friarsgate Theatre, Kilmallock, Co Limerick. The title of the show is ‘That was then, this is now’ which is a reflection of the recent changing times in the studio as members find themselves in a temporary home as they search for a new permanent premises.  Thursday 9^th November at 7.00 p.m. is the opening reception and everyone is welcome to come along!

'Known Unknowns', Limerick City Gallery of Art. Opening Thursday 2nd November at 6p.m.

I am delighted to be taking part in this exhibition, Known Unknowns, at LCGA.  The exhibition features the work of Damien Flood, Daniel Greaney and myself.  Our work will respond to the gallery's collection of work and runs until the 14th January, 2018.  Do come along if your free!

Photos from Cappamore Show - Saturday 19th August, 2017.

I attended Cappamore Show this year for the first time in many years and took lots of photos and, in another first, actually printed them! This show is a great day out. It’s in its 63^rd year and is great family event.

 For Culture Night I put all the photos from my day at the show on the window of my Studio, just beside the library, and left them on show for about 10 days. Here are a few favourites.
